"The removal and replacement of the roof was done in a timely and professional manner. I have used this company for other jobs in the past and was always impressed with their work. The problem I had on this occasion was post replacement. The first storm after the roof was replaced produced a leak in one of the bedrooms. They were quick to check and repair the problem, but the leak left a stain on the ceiling which needs to be touched up. Six months and numerous tries later, I can still not get the company to send someone to touch this up. With my wife and I attempting to sell our house, it looks like we will need to hire someone to do what this company should have done. Like I said before, I had good experiences on prior jobs, but this one will make me hesitant to use them again or recommend them to anyone else."

"Very professional....they had done the vinyl siding on our primary home and we were satisfied and so I had them do an entire vinyl siding, gutter, and some window install and also some repair work on the back porch of a rental house. Only snafu was that they forgot to install the shutters on the windows before leaving, but I also forgot about it when inspecting the job. Shutters were onsite but stored in a closet, so we both forgot LOL. They responded immediately and returned by the weekend to finish the job. They also follow up and honor their guarantee....we had a small hole in a piece of our siding at our primary home and a small piece of trim that came loose at the eave of our house...they came and repaired this promptly and no charge."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
