"This job could not have gone better. From beginning to end, this was fantastic. From the first call that was made, Efrain called me back that same day. We made an appointment to see the property and he arrived right on time. He did a thorough review of the situation and made a couple of different suggestions as well as hearing my thoughts and ideas. He was able to provide an estimate right away. It was clearly written out and itemized the process for payment and work to be done. My neighbor and I reviewed the estimate and agreed to the price and terms. Efrain was able to begin within a couple of days. He was right on time, every day, for the entire project. He would communicate each day and inform what the next steps would be. He made sure we understood the process and answered any questions. He also did not hesitate to ask us questions when he needed us to make a decision on some finishes for the fence and gate. EGALD Concrete was outstanding. Each day, the workers would clean up the entire area, prior to leaving. Some items would be piled neatly to the side, but this was an amazing site for a construction site. When the job was completed, right on time and on budget, the wall and the fence look GREAT! I have already asked Efrain to bid on another job at another one of my properties."

"I am in property management so I deal with contractors on a regular basis. When doing any major project I always get a minimum of 3 bids, first to make sure pricing is in line and most important to insure I am dealing with a contractor that appears to know what they are talking about. Once I receive the bids I ask for a minimum of 3 references. I have found that one of the most important things to do is look at a contractors work and interview people they have worked for. I actually visited 6 jobs Seth Pompey Landscaping did and personally visited with 3 of his customers. One thing they all had in common was how happy they were with Seth and his crew. My job consisted of a major remodel of my front and rear yards. This included removing my front and rear yards grass and all shrubbery, landscaping, water lines, sprinkler systems, gas lines and drains. After removal everything was replaced with fresh new plants, trees and sod. Seth was very engaging, walking me thru the process steep by steep. Not only was he extremely helpful, he and his crew were very flexible, allowing me to make changes along the way and in some cases not creating any additional cost. Seth even made recommendations along the way which proved to be helpful as well. Seth has surrounded himself with true craftsmen, artist's that know masonry inside and out. They created mow strips, planters faced with small stones, a fire-pit with large natural rock benches and a large cascading waterfall. All of which put the finishing touches on the landscaping he provided. In addition Seth personally took me to 4 nurseries walking isle by isle hand picking each plant, shrub and tree to be used in my yard. While doing so he made sure I was picking the right plant for the right area. I can't say enough about Seth and his staff, they are a class act, one I HIGHLY recommend."

"We hired Pita to redo our driveway and entryway steps, as well as to irrigate and landscape our front yard. We are extremely happy with the results. Pita is a master of his craft. He was able to take measurements and quote us a fair price on the spot while others took days to give us a quote. When it came to doing the work, Pita's team is very prompt and does excellent work. Pita is very responsive and patient. We had many questions throughout the job and he always took the time to answer them. "From day one Bob was all in. He helped us deal with the pesky insurance company and was a great communicator and advocate. He and his crew showed up on time and worked hard. Everyone was always courteous and polite. Always cleaning up at the end of the day and never left personal trash. When we brought them bottled water, they were always very grateful. ( they brought their own, and didn't expect us to provide for them :)) We paid to have the neighbors tree removed ( believe me when I say, it was next to impossible to get them to do it, even though it was what caused the wall and patio to need replacement. Good news is the insurance claim was through the neighbors policy! Yay!) Bob was excellent at explaining what they would be doing and kept the project on schedule. We added a little to the job that wasn't covered by insurance and he was quite gracious in negotiating a price. Now for the quality of the work! Excellent!!! Ok, a block wall is a block wall, but it was done to perfection. Beautiful grout lines, super reinforced with concrete inside the wall so if we want to add an extension on top, the wall could hold the weight and wouldn't budge! The patio and walkways are beautiful! Drainage is excellent and the finish work was outstanding. We decided on a stamped pattern that turned out amazing! We also changed the plan right angle back steps to a much more functional half moon shape steps and couldn't be happier! When the work was done, no mess was left behind. My husband does a lot of projects around our home, so it's rare that we hire anything out, but this had to be done by a pro. If all contractors were like Bob , the industry would have less of the awful contractor stories! ( Not the least expensive, but well worth the process and outcome!) We recommend Bob every chance we get, and would use him again in a heartbeat! <br />"
