"Jeff was great. We had two other roofing companies make repairs on a leak, and it was not fixed by them. When Jeff came out, he was able to spot a possible problem area right away. The person who did the actual repairs was very thorough. He did find an issue and corrected that problem, did an overall check of the rest of the roof, and corrected some other areas. "Due to either the popularity of the package or the busy nature of the summer season, there was a 2-week delay in getting my repairs scheduled. Once the date was scheduled, the repair was delayed further another week or so due to rain. Once the repair team did arrive, they were very polite, friendly and professional, and finished quickly. "We called Sherman Johnson of Precision Lawn Service to take advantage of his coupon on Angie's list.  We thought maybe  there would be hidden charges.  Not so.  Some of the other companies added on haul away charges, so be careful and ask.
  Sherman came out right away and went over the long list of things we wanted done and offered advice on what needed to be done in order of importance.  We knew we had way more work than what the 4 hour coupon allowed, but he assured us he would work with us if it took a little longer to finish everything.
  I can't say enough about his crew. They were experienced and professional. I was very pleased to see them using safety harnesses and also ropes to keep the cut limbs from damaging plants or structures. They even gave some extra attention to an old oak that had a big hole in it and were meticulous about sealing every cut on the oaks.. Everything was cleaned up as they worked and they even cut the tree up into firewood logs for our neighbor. All in all they were there 6 hours and we paid an extra $150.00, which we felt was fair.
We were very comfortable with them and will definitely be using Precision Lawn Service for any future work we need.
   I would definitely recommend them.
