"The technician that was assigned to evaluate my roof gave me a call prior to heading out and ask what incentive did my insurance company had to offering for the discount. I was completely honest and told him that if my roof is rated for class 4 that the insurance company will give me $250 annual discount. He also ask what kind of roof did I have installed to which I replied standing seam metal roof. The technician was honest and gave me a run down of wether the discount was in best case scenario. In the long run. And I must say it’s refreshing to hear honest positive opinion from a company that didn’t have to give me all the info and run down. They could have just a charge me the fee to certify my roof but they wanted to make sure that I was getting the best case scenario for my situation. Thank you again for the honesty. I recommend this company they are honest and will not try to sell you anything that you honestly don’t need."

"I have a 2000sq ft home, one story, open floor plan. Brad was great and came by to check on the crew to make sure everything was going well,  It was a two-man crew.  They showed up by 9am finished by 5 or so, and completed the work in 2 days. They taped everything off with protective plastic, removed the window coverings, electrical plates, nails etc. and moved the furniture to the center of the room.  They were neat and tidy, and if they dripped paint somewhere they cleaned it up, because I don't see any.

"We had our floors re-done and our flooring company left a mess & a half of grout on our baseboards. They sent me a quote to simply install shoes mold & repaint our baseboards for over $3000. When I heard that number I looked elsewhere. I found Anthony and a host of others to paint my baseboards, paint over wall damage in 1 room, and ceilings in 2 rooms. I received several quotes. Anthony's quote wasn't the lowest quote, but I felt that the other, lower quotes were not going to be as high of quality. Communication with him and meeting my high standards of craftsman's excellence also seemed like they wouldn't be matched by the other, lower bids. I chose Anthony and was not disappointed. The speed that his guys installed my shoemolding was the fastest in expectation by 2 days! I'm serious - his carpenters were in and out the same day, while other places were telling me 3 days minimum! Guess who pays vs saves for that!?!? The painting crew shocked me with how efficient they were. I work from home, so I witnessed much of what they did first-hand. They don't mess around and lolligag, they clean up after themselves each day, address issues as they arise and provide high quality work. My 94 year old mother needed a bathroom overhaul to convert her bath tub to a shower stall equipped with handicap bars. We visited three of the larger well-advertised bathroom remodelers. One was temporarily closed, another was not helpful and the third was way over our budget. We found M&J Home Improvements of S.A. on Angie’s List. M&J had great reviews so we called Michael Moreno for a quote. Michael was knowledgeable, friendly and offered an overhaul that worked with my mom’s budget. Michael provided a complete bathroom overhaul…he re-leveled the bathroom floor, installed drywall, removed the existing tub and shower walls and installed new shower walls, installed a new vanity, painted the entire bathroom, etc. Michael and his staff were prompt, friendly and professional through and through. Michael was easy to communicate with from start to finish – he listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions and came up with solutions. He and his team did an outstanding job and worked diligently to finish our bathroom overhaul in a week. They worked every day until the job was completely finished. He examined all work to be completed and provided us a quote on service to include install and painting of siding. He included painting all of our fascia & soffit and also the replacement of a section of fascia that had dry rot. Daniel was the foreman on the crew for this project.
