"We were very pleased. The technician arrived on time and began work immediately. We were told that he would be here all day but he was finished within three hours! He cleaned the white tile floor and it looks like new. Areas in the shower and in the bathroom itself that needed regrouting were done beautifully--you can't tell where the work was done. Cleanup was thorough and he gave us instructions on followup care."

"They do a great job. They come when they say they are going to and they clean it really well. If they miss anything they will come back and get that spot. They will and we have a dog and he loves to get into things he shouldn't and right after we cleaned this I had a cup of coffee in a cardboard cup and he carried it through five rooms after that it was done. They came back and spot cleaned it for us. They are a little more but they do more and get it a lot cleaner than we have ever experienced before. I don't know any other company that will come back and spot clean that coffee. They do run specials from time to time which they are running now. I don't know how much it is and I think it is a Holiday special."

"Tom did a great job.  He was very professional and knowledgeable.  He was very up front about the process and provided a detailed quote and explanation.   He did a very thorough job and offered to come back if any stains reappeared.  A couple of small stains resurfaced and Tom returned as promised and took care of them.  Tom didn't make promises he couldn't or wouldn't keep. <br /> If you are looking for the cheapest and fastest then Tom might not be your guy (the first time I had my carpets cleaned they were in an out in less than an hour (not Tom's company) and Tom spent over two hours and I could tell the difference) but if you are looking for a great service at a reasonable and fair price then call him. <br />"

"They just were not able to remove some spots that I was  hoping would be able to cleaned better. They were prompt. They were in and out reasonably. They took the proper precautions with putting covers on their feet. They did not damage anything."
