The services included: drywall repair, scraping off a popcorn ceiling, resurfacing the ceiling, painting, installation of flooring, installation of baseboards, and carpentry. "They used separate specialized crews for each job. A 2 man crew came out first and replaced the gutters and downspouts with new continuous gutters. The job was done in a matter of hours and I was very pleased with the results.

 Next they sent a 6 man crew out to replace the roof shingles. They worked steady and completed the whole job in one day. They removed the individual roof vents and replaced with a continuous ridge vent system. The new roof looks great and I am very happy with it.

Finally they sent out another crew to replace my aluminum siding with new vinyl siding. At the same time they installed 3 gable vents to aid in attic ventilation. This job took approx 3 days to complete. I am very pleased with the result. All 3 jobs were done very professionally and  the workers were also professional and friendly.

There were a number of minor problems that occurred during the installations. I made a list of them and notified the owner. He was very cooperative and made sure that every problem was taken care of and made right. This impressed me as that is not always the case with some contractors.
I would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone needing this type of work done.
