I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Darrow asked us a lot of questions and suggested that we try to repair it before replacing it (Which would cost 6K!). he said we probably could get some more life out of it and resolve some of the issues we were having. He also said that if we invested some money in it but still needed to replace it, he would take that into account in replacement costs. So clearly he was confident his repairs would work. And they did! rather than spending 6K, we have spent a few hundred dollars and the a/c is doing much better! I am so happy we can delay replacing for at least a year or two."

Everyone else would say incorrect things about the system and installation so I was thinking of just going with a tank heater but after speaking with Kyle and meeting with Mike, I felt confident in my choice to get the tankless. It is working great so far, instant hot water and an app to control it from my phone. The only area of improvement is showing up within the 2 hour appointment window but the quality of work, knowledge and pricing still makes me give 5 stars."
