"She told me what she would do, that she would do very in depth cleaning and I would just be amazed. I was away when she did it, but my mother was there. I got home several days later and talked to my mom and my mom said Jessica called the day of the cleaning and said they were going to be late. She had two girls ahead of our appointment. They came for two and a half hours. My mom noticed there were things that weren't done. When I came home, I was walking around the house and none of the things were done that she told me was going to be done. I was very disappointed. I called and left a message. She called me back a couple of days later and she started making excuses. I told her I just needed to know she's going to make it right. She said okay and that she'll be back on a scheduled day and reclean my house at no charge. She came out and they did a much better job. When she left, I asked her if we could schedule for a day in the future to clean again. She said to let her check her schedule and get back to me this evening. It's almost a month later and she still hasn't called me. I just can't recommend her. I would tell others not to bother with them."

"They were amazingly efficient, very thorough and by far the best cleaners we have had in this area (we have had regular house cleaners that just couldn't compare). Not the cheapest, but worth the money. They were able to get us in the day after I called when a contractor's catastrophe left construction dust coating every surface days before our move-in date. And they cleaned our lived-in-with-two-small-kids-for-seven-years house until is sparkled. Well done, Maids! <br />"

They are wonderful and can get anything done for you. He is very efficient and easy to work with. We leave keys underneath the mats as he is very trustworthy. "I have never seen a cleaner like this. The guy was unbelievable and I've had many throughout the years. The job was pricey but it was well worth it. I have five indoor cats and once in awhile you need a real deep cleaning. He had this round unit that almost picked the carpet up. He did an excellent job. He is a little more expensive than others, but it is worth it. He was very polite. For someone that wants a real deep cleaning you can't beat this guy."
