"The estimate process back in March 2017 was fine. Guy showed up on time and estimate was given in a timely fashion. We were told in advance that they were several weeks out with the schedule and that once we accepted and signed a contract in May, that we would be scheduled for some time in June. June came and went, no call. I contacted them via email the first part of July and was told "someone would be there today" which for us is unacceptable. We have dogs, my husband needed to install a temporary fence. We require at least a day or two notice for that. So we agreed on July 17th. We got up early on the 17th and no call, no repairman. I called the owner around 10am and got a message saying they were on vacation and that the business was basically closed, that no calls would be returned until July 24th. Also, the voice mail said they'd been having email problems. We had not been notified of any cancellation nor had we been notified of the time to expect the repairman on the 17th. So at that point, we figured nobody was going to show up and went on to do other things as my husband had changed his work schedule, we had to make the most of time. Then a guy showed up at 11am. While we are thankful they guy showed up, we are not impressed with the level of communication from the owner/manager. The repairman, Calvin, he was wonderful though. He did very good work and we are satisfied with the completed job."

I live in Carolina Trace, WoodFiield, and they have a generally no fence policy. But with it being wrought iron, fencing for the enclosure, the one in back can still be seen through the metal bars and we all came to a happy meeting place on this issue. I was then able to proceed to buy the house and keep my dogs safe. They got the materials very quickly and expeditiously constructed the dog yard enclosure. It has an entrance gate from the patio and a double wide entrance gate on the ground level for landscapers to have a wide access. The quality of materials is very high grade and the posts are all cemented in securely. Their team had this placed in just a day and a half. I couldn’t be more pleased with their quality craftsmanship. Thank you for everything Caliber Fencing."
