We talked at length about what I wanted, and he remembered everything I wanted done and did it perfectly. They used all long boards where appropriate, minimizing end-to-end seams. All corners are square and fit well, nails all subsurface, and quality wood was used throughout. The work was prompt and efficient, and cleanup and debris removal was perfect. He told me he installed concrete supports for my balcony and he didn’t do it and tried to get away with it. Now I have wood beams rotting in the ground surrounded by wet packed clay. I even have an email catching him in the lie and he still won’t fix it. They will lie straight to your face, take as many shortcuts as possible, make every excuse in the book and will steal your money. RUN."
