"They worked hard Thanksgiving Eve to fix a broken submersible pump in a 175 ft well. They stayed until after dark. AND it was short notice. They even came in way under their expected estimate. I had another company come out and they told me it was something else and didn't even check the pump. I almost spent $500 for something that was not broken! These guys never even took a break while they were working. I will never use another company for any plumbing needs."

"Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."

"My first impression of Thermo Direct was very favorable for the following reasons: (1) the timely response (within minutes) to my online request to Duke Energy for a referral (the scheduler [Loretta?] is an interesting lady [personality] who obviously knows her job and gave me confidence that she would take good care of me (Thanks!), (2) the same day appointment for a diagnostic visit (and what I assumed would be a repair on the same day or the next day), and (3) the photos shown to me and emailed to me today by the very courteous, polite, very competent, and trustworthy Service Technician, Corey Woodward. What I did not realize was that parts had to be ordered and received and that a future appointment for repairs would be needed before my downstairs, that was totally without heat for more than a week, could be safe and functional for me, an elderly person. However, Corey Woodward and Anita, the scheduler, restored my confidence in and respect for Thermo Direct by their prompt, courteous , and apologetic responses to my need for emergency repairs today (the Friday following my first contact with this company). Those two employees saved that company from a negative review from me. Thank you. I am grateful and now warm. (smile) By the way, the photos submitted via email to me gave me my first view of my attic after I purchased my house in August 2007. Wow! Thanks for that photo, Corey Woodward. Thank you, Corey Woodward and Anita, also for letting me lecture both of you about communicating better with me and other customers about the unavoidable wait for parts and future repairs. "Received several quotes from multiple vendors to replace upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems. 6 and Fix Heating and Cooling quote was the best as they had a wider selection of HVAC systems for a better price, and warranty. Did a great job!"

"Nothing in my home was draining, so I called quality service today out, they sent out a technician who after further investigation determined that my septic tank was full, he was able to schedule me to get my tank pumped same day, Jeremy came out and did a thorough assessment of my septic system, offered me multiple options on different levels of cleaning and maintenance and has even set me up to have all the buried lines inspected via camera at no extra charge, these guys are the best, same day service by people you enjoy having in your home."
