I was concerned about adhesive left on the carpet from carpet protector during renovations; he used a special agitator for that and asked me several times during the cleaning if I thought it was looking better. He followed up several days later asking about the adhesive, which was very courteous! Good price, too."

"The work was great. We did have an issue where the scheduler called and told me the materials would not make it in time for our scheduled installation. After I called to complain, the material showed up on time. The work they preformed was excellent, but when they removed the toilets and put them in the showers they did not clean up that area when they were done. They did have to come back because the original order did not have the carpet strips."
