During the rainy season, I kept having issues with water coming in, which caused my wood baseboards to mold and crack. It became such a headache. Finally, I decided to move forward with epoxy—and it completely transformed my space. It truly elevated everything. I 100% recommend adding the baseboards as well—they made all the difference. We had another heavy rain after the install, and although water did come in again, I was able to wipe it right up with zero damage to the walls. Huge relief. "i met these guys at the Home and Garden Show and decided to take a chance and hire them to do my garage floor even though I knew nothing about them. They were very quick responding to my request for a quote, then clearly and thoroughly explained what would be involved in doing the work in my garage. We agreed the install would begin 8am Monday morning, and the team showed up exactly the time I expected. All five people working on my garage floor were very friendly and they really seemed to enjoy their work. It was an 11 hour day for them, but they completed the job thoroughly and it's beautiful. The workers were on time, moved furniture off the deck, covered surfaces against overspray, cleaned up, generally were very professional. They worked about 4 half-days, with drying time each day and completed the job on time and according to estimate. <br /> <br /> I got 4 bids on the job before I hired Applied, and they were in the middle of the pack price-wise, which is why I didnt give them an A on price, however Neil the owner, who did the estimate himself, seemed to have the best understanding of the process involved, the materials needed, and had the most experience doing this exact kind of flat roof waterproofing job, so I hired them instead of a other contractors with a lower estimate. <br /> <br /> The roof looks great, and has a great looking durable coating that's very grippy underfoot.
