"Martin arrived on time and was ready to get to work. We went over the list of repairs and he started right in. I had purchased two hours of handyman services from Angie's list, but I had more than two  hours of work that needed to be done. Martin completed everything I asked him to do (even running out to the hardware store to purchase supplies) and agreed to stay extra time to finish my to do list. I paid for the extra time and out-of-pocket costs ($141).
Martin is a very personable guy. He was very agreeable to do whatever I asked. I would definitely use him again for general repairs. My only concern was the "prettiness" of the finishing work. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the finished look. I think I would have been able to do the caulking job myself and maybe done the job a little neater. Truthfully, I'm not sure anyone else would notice the minor imperfections. Martin got a lot of little jobs done in a very short time (it would have taken me MUCH longer). Next time I have small repair work around the house, I will be calling Martin.
