In addition to the carpeting and hard wood we purchased at their store, they also helped us coordinate with the Tile Shop and took care of those materials as well. The crews were always on time and often went over and above to make sure things were installed properly. "This project was done during the shortages just after peak covid so it did take a while but once the products got delivered everything went fine. The resulting floor was great - both vinyl in most rooms but especially the hardwood on a landing between wooden stairs. The installers were subcontracted but did a great job - especially the pro working on the hardwood getting an absolutely perfect fit and finish despite the odd shape."

"The Home Pro experience was first rate from start to finish. Brandon Washburn's presentation was clear and precise. He answered all of our questions and was obviously proud of his job and the company. We decided on the spot to sign a contract. We were given a date of six to eight weeks for installment, The job was finised in less than a month. Lance Jacobson and Raymond Robinson were the installers. They were polite and worked constantly. They d id not take breaks except to eat lunch. They had to work in a confined space and did no damage to the work area. They were expeienced and enjoyed what theu were doing. A supervisor checked on them and talked to us the second day. I recommend Premier Home Pro, Brandon, and Lance and Raymond. The only problem is with the shower curain rod. It does not allow for two sepate rods to move the shower curtains."

Jobs Work included installing dry wall on the game room ceiling (damaged by water), covered a damaged kitchen floor with wood laminate, reinstalled a heavy bathroom mirror, and covered water stains on the living room ceiling. Jeff was extremely efficient and did the jobs in a timely manner."

"Tom did an awesome job painting my metal awning above my front porch. I was first quoted by someone else for an outrageous amount, they didnâ t measure anything, and insisted on need scaffolds. Tom came took detailed measurements and broke down all of the costs. He also did not need to build scaffolds. He was polite, attentive to detail, and very knowledge. My awning looks brand new. I would definitely call for my next project and highly recommend him."
