"Alex from Non Stop Repair was great! He came the first day that I called to ask for service. He was very polite and knowledgeable about my dryer’s operation. He diagnosed the problem, brought the part that was malfunctioning and fixed the dryer. Although I do not want to need him again for my dryer, if another appliance breaks, I would not hesitate to call him at Non Stop Repair."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Absolutely great service. Was not sure if replacing GE double oven purchased in 2013was the best option or repairing. Checked on-line prices and was headed in that direction. Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed. I highly recommend this young man. He has become my go-to guy for any appliance repair."

"Technician called same morning, made an appointment for next morning and arrived promptly. Provided useful information upon inspecting our freezer. The compressor was shot and it made more sense to replace than to repair."

"Very knowledgeable about the appliance. He was in an auto accident and still fixed my ovens with one hand in a sling. I would recommend his company to anyone. Thank you for getting my ovens up and running for the holidays"

"Our refrigerator stopped working and most local repair service companies couldn’t come for a week or more. I put my info into Angi and Jose at Efficiency Appliances contacted me instantly. He arrived in less than 24 hours. He was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. It needed a board replaced. He order the part and kept me informed every step of the way. The part arrived the next day and he came and installed it as soon as he received it. Again he was quick and had it installed and running in under 10 minutes. His price was very reasonable compared to other companies too. Efficiently is the perfect name for his business because that’s what he is. I will call him anytime I need an appliance repair. So thankful I found him on Angi."

"Ted was very knowledgeable on microwave ovens and had ours fixed in no time. We now have a "go-to" guy if we need any major appliance repaired."
