After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

The plumbing and electrical and framing were wrong, and there were leaks, and it was just terrible. I now have a beautiful full bath with all of the issues fixed and Carl and his team of electricians, painters, tilers and other professionals was top notch.
