"It went beautifully. Jim Edwards and his crew (one climber, one experienced crew member and two less experienced crew members) arrived on time and completed the work in about 1 1/2 hours. They worked carefully to avoid damaging any of our extensive plantings and they even secured our "garden knome." All five were good humored and the positive relationship among them was obvious. When we suggested that they didn't have to "fine tune" the cleanup, one crew member stated that Jim would not leave until a thorough cleanup was completed.
