Chuck's was fairly priced and they young man who came out did a great job of explaining the system to me and gave solid recommendations for maintaining it in good shape. He was not high pressure with his recommendations and was very polite and patient with a septic newbie. Chuck's also recommended I locate the tank accesses before because they charge to find them. A nice money saving tip they could easily have not mentioned. The price shown represents tank pumping as well as a gallon of bacteria and a $25 off coupon."
