From the initial visit from the sales person to the final product, QBS had a plan, communicated the plan to us, and executed the plan with efficiency and professionalism. Great experience and I would highly recommend them!"

"Maxima dug up my old asphalt driveway and changed it over to concrete. They also dug up my old brick paver patio and poured concrete there. I am very pleased with the quality of the work as well as the competence and efficiency of the crew. Everyone at Maxima was pleasant to deal with."

concrete
"I needed concrete for a 16 x 20 garage and a 15 x 16 driveway to connect to the current driveway. I am a very picky customer. From May 2020 to July 2020, I interviewed seven concrete people. When I interviewed Terry, I liked the detail that he went into and the questions he asked about what I wanted. Terry asked questions that none of the other concrete people asked. The cost Terry quoted was in the 80th percentile of the quotes I received. Terry told me when he would start and he met that start time. At the start of the project, we went into a lot of detail about what and how things were to be done. I wanted to use Simpson Strong-Tie concrete anchors. These had to be placed at very specific measurements. I wanted a monolithic pour that included a 4 thick pad on top of a 12 x 12 footer, which sat on 18 wide x 36 deep support pillars. These were all tied together with rebar. I also used wire mesh with fiber in the concrete. Due to the grade and slope, Terry recommended a French drain, which was added. As I talked to Terry, I could tell that he was very conscientious and cared about the work he produced. Because of this I felt at ease and trusted that the project was in good hands. The job had some bumps that Terry dealt with and turned out fine. Terry had to navigate around phone lines, water lines, and drain pipes. Terry put back and rough graded the dirt that was moved. This was very helpful. In the end, the work was completed in time and looks great. I have had several people stop by while they were walking. They all said the concrete looks great and was done well. When I need any other concrete work, Terry will be the one I call. I have already recommended Terry to other people."

Basement Drainage Channels - Install, Inspection - Waterproofing, Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains - Install , and 2 more
"Mid-State Basement Systems came highly recommended by a good friend from Buffalo, NY and they did not disappoint. From start to finish they were very professional yet personable. Larry & Phil in the initial stages of the basement inspection and a reasonable quote. Silvino and his team who done the actual work was incredible, done with absolute excellence. They were here when they said they would be and finished the job a day ahead of schedule. I am thoroughly pleased with this company, first class. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your basement.******"

Basement Waterproofing, Waterproofing, Foundation Repair
"We have nothing but praise for the work completed in our basement. The service was completed several years ago and we have been quite satisfied with services rendered. About one year ago we had sump pump problems. Their tech came out and replaced the entire pump and was in and out and finished within one day of the call for service. 5 stars all the way!"
