Matt was very helpful and provided excellent service, including patching the attic access used by the raccoons. The initial plan was to trap the raccoons that were in the attic but Matt agreed to put an additional trap by the culvert entrance where I thought a ground hog was living. It turned out that the raccoons were living in the culvert and that area is where all 4 were trapped."
