From estimate to cleanup, Sonny responded promptly, thoroughly explained what it would take to repair / replace neglected (and leaking) areas on both house and garage roofs, and followed through with great work that was on schedule and according to budget. "3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. "The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."
