"It’s now been 9 months since they completed the job and I have yet to find defects. If you want a professional, knowledgeable - "no pressure-take the time you need to decide" sales process….quality work done, excellent communication, and prompt follow up ensuring everything is done to your satisfaction -- then hire Tom Pantzer/JD Hostetter. My wife was home with our 3 kids while the installation was done over the course of a week, and she was very comfortable with the crew. His site foreman Tony genuinely cared about getting the job done right, and had a great working relationship with his crew. They worked hard and didn't waste time. I also know why Tom wasn't the cheapest. The cheapest guys we talked with seemed to care most about "we do more jobs than anyone and get them done fast..." Tom wasn't the most expensive either - he was fair and honest from start to finish. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. Nobody likes spending thousands of dollars on siding, but we feel relieved we won’t be spending thousands more to fix shoddy work down the road. We found/called Tom only because of his great reviews on Angie's List, and are glad we did."

"Repair went very well. Mitch and Kevin came out on the same day we called them (Tuesday) and did a temporary patch around a leaking vent on the roof. Their repair team out the following Thursday with a new vent, shingles, and repair items and performed the repair within an hour. "The existing roof on the house and garage was torn off, new sheet decking installed on top of old board decking of the house, new flashing, drip edge, shingles installed on house and garage. Installed new ridge vent on house. Some of the siding that needed to be removed to install flashing was damaged as can happen but was replaced with new. It was a difficult roof with multiple dormer windows and odd angles but they did a careful job and I've received many compliments on the appearance from neighbors. Good job with clean up too. The owner is easy to reach and quick to reply to all questions I had. From day I asked for quote until day completely finished was under 5 weeks. Without hesitation I'd recommend them to others. Competitively priced compared to two other bids."
