"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "Working with Rob and the Hammer Exterior team was the best choice I made for my project. During the pandemic I changed my house project priority from indoors to outdoors. I evaluated four contractors who came to my home, evaluated the siding and gutter replacement, and gave their proposals. I chose Rob and team for multiple reasons. First, I felt Rob had my best interests at heart. Others told me all about them, with less focus on my needs and home. Second, Rob took the time to review the project expectations, being transparent that some costs would not be known until the current two layers of siding were removed â one the original layer from early 1900s. Other contractors glossed over this. Third, Rob took the time to show me the materials that would be used, and their cost and impact to my home now and over the long term.
