The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. "they replaced the shingles on top of a bay window where there had been an ice dam and added underlayment. The siding on the house is pre-colored Hardie board, while doing the work two of the Hardie boards broke. They replaced the broken boards with two primed but unpainted Hardie boards . They never asked if we had more pre-colored boards in the basement. We did! I asked them to make this right by pulling off the two unpainted panels and putting in the factory painted ones - The asked for an extra 650 which seems like a lot Before the job the communication was great, lots of pictures, but they did not say Hardie board is likely to break - which would would have gotten me to point out where the spares were After the wrong boards went up they were responsive and polite but not helpful The contract that i signed said they were not responsible for painting any siding, so they were technically right but they left me on my own"

"Mr. Cook responded promptly to my request for an estimate on my roofing job. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."

"The B & R team was a pleasure to work with through the whole process, from quote to paying after the job was done. We had heard water dripping onto a ceiling on our second floor during a heavy storm, and called several roofers for quotes. Five different companies came out, two of which wanted to replace the whole roof, and three that said it should just be repaired. During that process, several of the companies mentioned that our chimney needed repointing as well, so we added that to the job. Robert Jr. came out for B & R on a Monday after I had spoken with them on a Friday, and I had detailed quotes in my email that night for the work. They were quick to respond to questions by email, text, and phone. Once I got them the signed contract, they were in touch within the week to get the work scheduled, and had their mason and roofing team on site two weeks after I had gotten them the contract. A day and a half later, I had a beautifully repointed chimney with a cap, rotted wood around the base of the chimney replaced, perfect flashing, and a roof that no longer leaks at all. The team kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know about any issues they encountered and keeping me posted on their timelines. After they were done, they cleaned up the site completely (and even cleaned up the leaves and sticks that were in the driveway from a recent storm). The final price came in just slightly over the original quote because they had to replace more wood than they were originally expecting around the base of the chimney - it took more materials and more time than what was covered under the original estimate, but only cost a little more than the quote. All in all a great process, and I'd highly recommend Robert Jr. and the team at B & R for any roofing or chimney related work that you need."

"Went very well. Only removed sections that could be replaced with new shingles, hence, no tarp was used. Company suggested areas of concerns and showed me to prove their point as was the case in where the gutters did not extend far enough, hence causing damage. Was not being a (used car) sales person. Reset vent pipes to code at no additional cost. Ferreira is a GAF certified roofer."

"Connell Roofing just completed a roof for me with damage from falling tree. Ben responded immediately when I reached out and got over to my place assessed damage tarped and weatherproofed roof. The damage was extensive involving chimney work, framing, roof, carpentry and gutters. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained by Ben and his team and the day of repair/install the crew worked together seamlessly and quality of the work was amazing and when they were done everything was cleaned up like they weren’t even there! "Lifetime Roofing is an outstanding contractor. The work was excellent, the price was fair and their communication was exceptional. After a heavy rainstorm, water was leaking into my house. Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. I was impressed that Paul kept in constant email contact through the contracting and scheduling process, answering all my questions. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job. After the work was completed, Paul even followed up after a rainstorm to make sure no water had leaked into the house. None did. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this company. My husband and I met with Dan who listened to every detail about our project replacing our very old roof and gutters Within a few hours that same day Dan sent us a very reasonable quote to do both roof and gutters. Within 1 week the roofers were here and the roof was done in 1 day Day 2 our gutters were done The clean up was fantastic! They left the site cleaner than before they were here!! The crews were professional, polite and very kind . We did meet with another Roofing Company prior who gave us a long sales presentation and quoted us 3 times the cost to do the same job but I won’t go there because I want this review to shine for a Evans Roifing!
