"Connell Roofing completely replaced our roof in 2020 on a new purchase. The roof was covered in moss. Connell Roofing's sales person falsely represented to us that high end GAF shingle was warranted to repel moss, inducing us to pay thousands more than we were negotiating. Four years later the roof is growing moss and Connell Roofing denies making the false claims. Instead they charged us to come look and the roof and recommend we pay them more money to remove the moss from the roof. Connell Roofing has a fully staffed call center but instead of returning calls to try to address this situations, the president of the company would only email after business hours. After being left a bad review on Facebook, Connell Roofing is now manipulating its social media presence to hide the bad review. Connell Roofing has been reported to the BBB, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office, and the shingle manufacturer for make false and deceptive business practices."

"This is a new review for Watertight Pro. This is my third time using this company. Again all I have are superlatives. I know I can count on Manny and his team to deliver great workmanship. I needed to have almost all of my inside walls, ceilings and trim painted. Also needed to have my house and rock wall power washed. And then while the job was happening, I had other issues I asked Manny to address if possible and he delivered on every problem I had. First off, most of the inside painting was done by George who is a magician. He is so proficeent and meticulous, the results were better than I could have hoped. He even painted our metal heating grates. Can't say enough about the great job he did. Manny and his team also did a super job power washing our Hardee board, which over the years had a lot of moss accumulating. He also power washed our rock wall and that came out great as well. The rock wall needed some masonry work and Mannys team also handled that,. came out fantastic. I had a porch door that wouldn't open. Manny took the trim off (on the outside), releveled the door and it now opens closes as it should. We had another door that would stick, i mentioned it and next thing it was fixed by George. Our deck needed to be painted as well and they sanded/scraped and put 2 new coats on and it looks great. They also fixed some trim on the deck that had come loose. Finally, our shed had algae all over its roof and they power washed that as well. I could go on and on. My front stoop needed some masonry work and Manny handled that himself and did a great job. What I love about Watertight Pro is once they start a job, they stay with it til completed. They were here 9 days in a row, including 2 weekends. The work I had done would have normally required multiple companies to complete. Quality work at a fair price. They have an A plus plus rating from me. If needed I will use them again for sure."

"Marshall's replaced 6 windows and installed a new slider door in our kitchen. Dave first came by to give us a quote, and once given it didn't change. There were no surprises except that everything was done as promised. That is rare now a days! The job was done in one day as promised, Doug and Dylan and crew (Nick and a couple more) stayed till the job was done, and done right. I can't say enough about the whole experience, they are professional, honest and it was like having family do the job! My only complaint is that they don't do more like additions, painting because we need to have that done as well :) Thank you for a stress free experience! This is not the first time Marshall's did a job for us, about 10 years ago they did our roof for us. I would recommend them 100% to do what you need to be done, you won't be disappointed. "One of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with in my life. Nothing but runaround, lies, and lack of accountability. They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."
