"From my initial meeting with Jake Evink for an estimate, I felt comfortable. He listened to my assessment of the problem as he did his own assessment. We discussed the addition of attic insulation and the installation of a roof mounted TV antennae with coaxial cable as well. I asked that his estimate be broken into parts so I could choose all or portions of work. I chose the vent, soffit vents, antennae installation, and accepted his suggestion of moving a bath vent to a soffit location. The work was accomplished in a professional as well as friendly manner and at a fair price. We are continuing a discussion about attic insulation removal, elevating an area of attic floor used for storage, and replacing all insulation. "prepped all areas - moved and covered all furniture and appliances and also covered all floors, took down curtain rods, and hardware, patched all walls, caulked doors where seams had cracked, painted all trim and doors too.  Painted all rooms and ceilings. Attention to detail is awesome and goes above and beyond to point out little things here and there and make sure everything is done right.   Just one example: made special trip to store to get a door stop for us that was missing.  Even hung a couple of new light fixtures for me which was a big help, especially light in 2 story foyer.   Very clean - cleaned whole area before they left each day.  Punctual and pleasant to work with.
