"Scott and his son did a remarkable job transforming my kitchen. He is on top of the job and very reliable. Very nice person to have working in your home. He does wonderful work. Very happy with my new kitchen."

"The project went great. On time and within budget. John and John did all the work necessary to remodel a master bathroom, a half bath and a laundry room. This included all the demo, floors, walls, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, shower, tile, painting, etc. Excellent job and we will definitely use them again for our next project!"

"Planning: We met with three contractors and reviewed small, medium and larger options for our existing space. Ryan from Norman Builders won us over with his confidence, organization and no problem attitude. Of course we had concerns and questions, but it was clear he had worked in colonial houses before. What really won us over was his excitement to do something different with our space. From day one, you could tell every detail of this job mattered as this was a new way to design a traditional space. His timelines, pricing and execution plan was clearly laid out. As a GC, he organized everyone from; designer, permits, dumpsters, demo, electric, plumbing, painters, floors, ceilings, etc. He would do it all. The Job: Completely gut our existing kitchen and formal dining room. Remove a wall and install a steal support beam. He'd then move the kitchen to the old dining space and make the old kitchen a common area with built in desk, bench and bar area. The dining room would then be moved to our four season bonus room. Floors, wall, ceilings all came down. All new plumbing and lighting throughout the first floor. Execution: I mean, its funny to say, but we miss these guys. They practically lived with us for the summer. Couldn’t have been better with our entire family (kids and dog included) Everyone was so respectful of world climate (summer of Corona) and space. Of course you need patience with the process. Timelines were clear and the job finished slightly ahead of schedule. In the End: I mean, wow. When we looked at the blueprint on day one, we legit thought they shared the wrong plans. We couldn’t imagine everything we wanted would fit. They nailed it. It’s a dream space for our family and we couldn’t be happier. We couldn’t recommend Ryan Norman Builders any higher. We can’t wait to have them back to work on the upstairs next."

"MMP was fantastic. They were easy to work with and did great work. We only had trouble with 2 sub-contractors during this project (Granite & Kitchen design) and they were the sub-contractors that my wife and I selected ourselves outside of MMP... we wish we had used MMP for everything because they did such a good job. I can't recommend them enough. We'd definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone."

"Awesome job by Dale helping us design out kitchen remodel!!"

"Sean and his team were responsive to any issues, communicated well so we always knew what next steps were and they did a very nice job on our kitchen. Sean resolved issues quickly and followed through to correct or fix those little issues that arose. For example, he promptly reordered a couple items that either had a flaw or were damaged in shipping. His team of electricians, tilers, floor refinishers, etc. were great and did a great job. Good communication all along. We are very happy with our new kitchen!"

"Amazing! Ramy and his team did an amazing job and really take a lot of pride in their work! He removed the old door, fixed the rotted parts of the floor, and installed a new slider. My wife and I can’t believe how good it looks and the improvement it made. We will hire Ramy and Chakur Construction for our new hardwood floor install shortly. Look no further when you need any remodeling in your home. I research everything before I make a decision and am so happy I chose Chakur!"

"I really appreciate the time you spent me about my bathroom. It was a hard decision, but have decided to go with another vendor. Debbie Knox"
