"First let me say this review is way over due. We had storm damage to our attached screen room back in June of 2014. Warner's Decking was one of the company's we found on Angie's List and Chris came out to give us an estimate. We did not have the work done until September of 2015 though as we were still waiting for the insurance company to approve everything. That being said, we have an attached gazebo style screen room, approximately 12 x 20, that had storm damage. When we called, Chris promptly came out and gave us an estimate of $20,800 for a complete tear down of roof and walls. He was very professional, explained the whole process and gave us a few suggestions as to the new screening products that were available. During the process we also decided as long as we were having this taken down to the floor to ask Chris to give us an estimate on having a Trex floor put on. He told us it would be approximately $10,000 more. Carlos was the head person he sent out with the crew. He was very polite, professional and was very patient with all our questions and concerns. It did take longer than we originally thought it would but it is gorgeous. About a week after they were done we had an issue with one of the screens and when I called, they were out the next day to fix it. Also, because of all the rain we had in November/December we had a problem with the door not working properly. We called and Chris called back and explained that the wood would have to dry out some before they could take care of that. A couple weeks later Carlos came out and fixed the door and we haven't had any problems with anything since. I have complete confidence in this company. Would suggest them highly and would definitely use them again if needed. They are very busy and there was a window wait time of 10 to 12 weeks but worth the wait.
"

"We had a 750 sq foot elevated deck built by Joel and the building team led by Matt. Joel was fantastic to work with from his first visit, design proposal and quote. The building team led by Matt did extremely high quality work and were great to design with as the project progressed. They were very neat and hard working. We were delighted with the overall experience, result and value for money. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them."

"I have a 100+ year old house. It had older replacement windows that I had installed when I moved in 40 years ago. They were never satisfactory, but were better than the old double hung ones that were original to the house. I had heard of Ryan's company from a neighbor, and decided to have him out to give me some ideas on how to improve our heating costs. Ryan arrived at the agreed upon time, and we were impressed with his friendly, no pressure approach. He had window cut-away samples and a computer with him. That was a much better idea than just pictures. He took his time measuring all my windows, and taking the time to check wall thickness, and the fact that my house is plastered, and has siding on the outside. His knowledge of construction was impressive. He presented his product in a easy to understand manner, and did not try to pressure me. I believe that he realizes that he has an impressive product, and that it will just about sell itself. We agreed on a price, and a date to begin. The windows arrived on the agreed date. The workers who did the installation were outstanding, and very courteous. They cleaned up after themselves, used drop cloths where necessary, and there was no mess afterward. I should mention that I had gotten other price quotes previous to having Ryan out to our house. I have always thought that a person must sell himself before he can sell his product. The other three companies that were out did not impress me like Ryan did. I spent my whole life in construction, and Ryan's knowledge was the only one I was comfortable with. He has always responded to any questions I have had. The windows that were installed have been perfect as far as I am concerned.
We feel that the low-E glass and the superior frame material have saved us much money in heating and cooling costs. I have a very brittle type of siding on the outside of my house, and the workers took extra precautions to insure that none of the siding was damaged during the replacement process. The worker who oversaw the installation, was a master with the caulking gun. They completed their work in one day."

"Working with Peter at National Energy Contractors for our backyard remodel was an excellent experience. Peter produced exactly what my vision was for the sunroom and patio, when others tried to talk me into their views. Every team that came to work (deck removal, concrete, sunroom, painting, electrical, handyman) were all professionals and did a perfect job. When it came down to our particular punch list of items, Peter made sure each and every one of them were completed and we were 100% satisfied with the job. We love our new sunroom and patio and will enjoy it for years to come. Brian"

"From start to finish, this job was done in a professional manner. Great care was taken to ensure that my house and landscaping was protected. Steve (owner) personally supervised the project and took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them!) before, during and after the project. The roof looks great and seems to be of a high quality - no problems so far. There are a few shingles that have not yet laid completely flat (after 2 days), but Steve assured me that is normal and will be completely flat (from heat and gravity) in month or less (and that they would come back to correct if any do not lay flat after a month).
This was the first time that I needed to have home work done related to an insurance claim, so honestly I did not know what to expect from this industry. What came to my doorstep seemed to be mostly questionable "storm chasers" types, many of which were not local and seemed only interested in knowing how much money the insurance company was paying out to cover the damage. So, I thought to myself, why do they want to know how much the ins company was paying? Shouldn't they honestly determine what my job should cost to do correctly and how much margin they would target making - regardless of ins numbers? Preferred never asked to see the ins numbers during the estimate, so I felt that they were truly looking to do an honest repair to my home regardless of what ins may or may not have covered.
One other note - the roofing crew did accidentally damage my garden's above ground watering pipe, but Steve arranged to send out a plumber the very next morning to fix it! Nice job!
"

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."

"It went very well, Joe and Matt were able to finish these projects in the time-frame we needed before we moved in and so we could have operating bathrooms. We will be hiring them again for our next project in the kitchen and building out a porch off kitchen.."
