"Had an issue with one of our double ovens not heating sufficiently. Used HomeAdvisor to get bids on the job, these guys were the only ones that reached out. Fortunately, they were well rated. I got a call within about 15 minutes or searching for providers. They had a tech out the next day to diagnose the problem; two days later, they were back out again to fix it. The techs are knowledgeable about appliances and our issue was resolved in the same week we called for help. Overall i am happy with the service. Some feedback for American Air-Customs, Inc.: I asked the tech to call me with the cost of the replacement part before coming out to perform the repair, I did not receive this call. When he showed up to repair the oven, he had the part in hand. Fortunately we wound up not needing it at all, but that could have turned into a very uncomfortable conversation. I also did not receive a phone call from the tech or dispatch with a date or time window for when they showed up to fix the problem (after the initial diagnosis). Luckily we were home and my wife was available to answer the door while i was on a work call."

"Rob was exceptional! We had two recliners that needed repair. Rob came by it to look at them and help determine what parts to order. Once the parts were in he picked up the chairs and repaired them at his shop. He worked on them over the Memorial Day weekend and had them back to us in 4 days. I know he is busy with many other projects and really appreciated his timeliness and dedication to his work. His pricing was reasonable seeing all the moving and transporting of the furniture. We plan to use Rob for kitchen/bathroom remodels as well as many Handyman type of projects. I highly recommend May Day Home Repair."

"Overall I had a pretty good experience with the repair man David. He told me it would be $543 to replace the motor in my dryer. I ended up paying $559. I didn’t like that he didn’t make me aware that it was slightly more. He was professional. Labor fees were $200. He took about an hour to do the repair. It would have been more cost efficient to have just purchased a new one, but we didn’t want the hassle of purchasing a new set and removing the old set since Samsung discontinued our model. A 90 day warranty comes with the repair."

"His rates are about half of another company that I got a quote from. He diagnosed the problem but I chose not to pay $450 for a part and decided to buy a new machine. He offered to pick up the machine, install it and remove the old one for me. I highly recommend Mike and would use him in the future when necessary.
