"As with the vinyl siding, Arthur and his crew came through with flying colors. We had a new roof installed which included GAF Deck Armor, new ice and water protection, new drip/rake edge flashings, new starters, new roof boots as needed, GAF Timberline HD shingles, a new Snow Country Ridge ridge vent system and capping, and a repair of the existing chimney flashing. After the job was completed, the yard was left cleaner than when the crew arrived. My wife and I couldnâ t be happier that we hired this company. All aspects from the signing of the contract, to the delivery of the materials, to the performance to completion of the project, was done on time and with impeccable attention to detail. It is Jeremy's vision, down to earth nature, and quality materials that sold me. He transformed my 70s looking house into a modern work of art. We had aluminum siding and cedar panels replaced with Vinyl Siding and Vinyl shakes, replaced the gutters, garage door, back door and installed shutters. There were 6 companies that we met with and 5 of them wanted to just overlay the old siding. Jeremy was the only one that was on board with me to remove all the existing siding and had the idea to redesign the front of the house by removing the wood boxes that surrounded each of the front windows. Putting his ideas to life was not an easy feat as his crew ran into several obstacles: removing wood attached by glue, stucco was under some of the siding making attaching the siding and shutters difficult, bees and birds nests under the wood and water damage in the back of the house. He kept me up to date daily on the work done and put me at ease on the problems that were uncovered. Never once was I told that the problem could not be solved. I can't thank him and his crew enough for replacing all the damaged wood and supporting beam rotted from the water damage in the back. Without their carpentry skills, honesty and attention to detail I would have had to deal with fixing the siding again in a few years as the wall would start to fall apart. Jeremy always made sure I was happy with the work and answered any questions I had. Adding the shutters was a last minute decision to further enhance the look of the house - it really made it all come together. I am so happy I went with Sensible Home Products. We love our 'new' house!!!!!"

"I want to give high praise to Jen and Ramon of Edidel Construction, a family owned and operated company, who just put in the most beautiful fence for us this week! The entire process was seamless. During the initial consultation, Jen was extremely informative and covered everything including things we didnâ t even think to ask. She gave us a free estimate at the end of the visit, and as soon as we decided to go with Edidel Construction they quickly obtained the building permit and set an installation date. We were pleasantly surprised to experience such a quick turnaround from the time of contacting them to installing the fence. I will add that their crew did an impeccable cleanup of our premises. Not only did they install the fence, but they took out an extremely old fence first, which was covered with ivy and other heavy plant growth. Our yard was just spotless when they left, and this has not been the case with other contractors that we have used in the past. Jen came out to the property during the installation to touch base and oversee the work being done and, when the job was completed, Ramon was right there to inspect everything and to make sure that we were absolutely satisfied with the job. We also got one of the best quality vinyl fences available, and that is another thing we liked about their company - the quality of the products that they carry.
