Get matched with top egress window installers in Plato, MN

"I want to give a huge shout-out to Derek Kragenbring from SafeBasements for his integrity and professionalism. We had persistent basement flooding, and two previous contractors convinced us to spend over $6,000 on a sump pump and humidifier. After the install, the flooding got worse, and they suggested tearing down our bathroom wall for more work. We called SafeBasements for a second opinion, and Derek quickly identified the real issue: our water softener was discharging water into a clogged drain. We didn't need a sump pump at all—just a simple plumbing fix! Thank you, Derek, for your honesty. You saved us from a massive headache and even more unnecessary expenses. We only wish we had called you sooner. If you need an honest, expert assessment, definitely reach out to Derek at SafeBasements!"

"Used American Waterworks to lift and level a front sidewalk that had settled over time. Company was very responsive as I worked through the planning and quoting process, and the price was better than 2 other companies. Appointment window was communicated in advance and they showed up right on time, did a quick and thorough job, and left the work site clean after. Recommend!"

"Had a great experience! From start to finish, Patrick was extremely professional, hardworking, and clearly very experienced at what he does. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to have an egress window installed."

"We had been saving for months based on the other quotes we had gotten on our replacement windows. As we were ready to go forward with the project we decided to get a couple more quotes, one friend told us about The Window Guys and their experience so we decided to check them out! During the quote process, we dealt with Dan. We could tell right away Dan was experienced and knowledgeable, he was also very attentive to our needs and was able to get us the exact windows we were in the market for. The job was completed back in December and we absolutely love our new windows. We even had enough money left over to escape the winter and take a vacation! Thanks Window Guys!!"

"I think the finishing around the window could've been a little bit nicer. Our basement isn't really finished. It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."

"It went perfect.  They are my go to people and will always request their services as needed!  They did a kitchen addition including a bathroom in 2006 which was also without complaint.  Love these guys!!!

"In Spring 2012, we obtained quotes from three companies to tear out two existing retaining walls along the driveway and re-build them using Versalok, excavate and grade the backyard, and build a 3.5 - 4 foot retaining wall in the backyard using the stone from the old retaining walls. Genadek had the middle quote; they were also the only company to follow up with a phone call. The whole job took about 4 1/2 weeks. Stan, Mike, Tim,  Rob and Andrew were very professional and friendly; our neighbors even raved about them. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and communicated frequently so there were no surprises.
My only recommendation to those interested in hiring Genadek is to get on their schedule early. Their calendar books up fast!

"They came out and installed all the windows in one day. It was real professional operation. Their price was good. They are excellent. I would use them again."

"

They arrived on time, worked long hours, kept me informed as to how each piece of the project would go..
Steve Did an excellent job as the manager of the project in explaining the details of the owrk, and how long it would take.
They understood that I was selling the house, and need it complete within a week for the open house and they did not fail the project.  They performed extra work on the roof line, fixed door trim incorrectly installed by someone else.   They went above and beyond.  The area cleaned up well,  Steve is available all the time, whether I called him morning or night and always ansered "not a problem" no matter what I had to ask, or have them do.  Everyone on the project was professional, they work long hours to get the project done.

I had bid from other companies, but Steve and his assurances stood out.  Would not hesitate to hire them again."
