"Not the best at returning calls. Once they sent someone out to see the job area I was told it would be 10 days before they could draw up a plan, then we would need to sit down to pick out plants. That was several months ago. They never followed up with me. Would not chase a company down to give them my business Went with A Handyman & A Green Thumb and very happy with the professionalism in returning calls, showing up on time, and the excellent job they did."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Joshua's Pest Control. The customer service is abysmal, and the company is highly unreliable. From the outset, I encountered numerous issues, starting with poor communication and unfulfilled promises. The workmanship is subpar, to say the least. On multiple occasions, service technicians claimed to have completed their tasks, only for me to discover that the work was either partially done or not done at all. It is incredibly frustrating to be charged full price for incomplete service requests. Furthermore, I caught the technicians lying about their work, stating they had addressed the problem areas when they had not even bothered to inspect them. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the integrity of the company. To make matters worse, when I decided to cancel my account, I faced additional hurdles. For over three days and through multiple attempts, I was unable to reach anyone who could process my cancellation request. Each time I called, I was told that no one was available to complete my request. In summary, Joshua's Pest Control has demonstrated very poor customer service, extreme unreliability, and substandard workmanship. I would strongly advise against using their services."
