"It all started with a door knock. We were in need of getting our windows replaced and a gentleman knocked on our door. Turns out, he was setting up appointments for window replacement. After hearing a little about the technology in the windows I wanted to set up an appointment. The availability was good and next thing you know July is at my door with some samples. The sound dampening and heat retention features were all I needed to hear. The window tech does a lot more than that but I was sold at those features. We settled on the number of windows and agreed on financing then setup financing. They even helped with our HOA request to have work done. A date was decided on for service and Tadas arrived with his partner. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing. After all was done an inspection was had and everything was good. All in all the experience from start to finish was great! The wife and I are happy."

"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. "Everything went well. 4 windows and a patio door replaced. I called with the approximate window sizes (after having another contractor out who wanted way to much money for the windows.) They listened to exactly what I wanted and never tried to "up-sell" me into things I didn't want or need. After a quick discussion, my husband and I decided to go with them. They came out to verify sizes and sign the contract order. pricing came in right what I was estimated over the phone which is always good news. Once the windows were in we got delivery scheduled. They got all 4 windows and a patio door in within about 4 hours. They had several installers come so they could be done ASAP. "*The Business*
I met Tom Higgins at the Denver Home expo and was very impressed with his industry knowledge.  He was professional and was concerned about what was important to me in residing my house.  I obtained 3 bids for the work and Tom's bid was inline with the other bids.  I decided to go with Tom because of his professionalism, honesty and integrity.  He outlined the process and was very thorough within his presentation.  The bid laid out all of the expectations and didn't leave much up to interpretation.  Compared to the other contractors, I could tell that Tom cared about the way he presented his business, and created clear expectations of the project.  Truth be told he was a little more expensive than the other bids we received, but the confidence that I had in him compared to the other contractors made it an easy decision.  Tom Higgins knows the business inside and out, will put your needs first and cares that the work is done right.
*The work*
The work started precisely within the timeframe that Tom gave us, and there were no surprises along the way.  Within a few days of the delivery of a dumpster, port-o-potty, and the permit work began on the house.  The crew worked very efficiently and had the entire house re-sheathed, wrapped and sided within 1 week.  Tom even included a "personal touch" in adding crown molding to our porch, which looks great!  Tom, and his wife Sherri, helped us pick the paint colors that match the existing features on our house, which was a big help too!  The painting crew (that Tom set up) arrived and had the house caulked, painted and finished within 3 days.  He truly took care of all the work from start to finish. 
*The Verdict*
There are too many ways to list how Tom took care of us through our siding project.  If you are looking for a contractor that you know will take care of your needs in a professional manner, and want to eliminate the fear of ending up with a poor finished product, then you have found your contractor.  It has long been said, "You get what you pay for", but in Tom's case, Superior Products delivers much much more."

"The roofing job was complicated because we have 43 solar panels on our roof that needed to be removed by our solar contractor before the roof could be replaced, and then needed to be reinstalled after the new roof passed inspection.  The roof removal and replacement was handled professionally and Bruce was a pleasure to work with.  He worked with our insurance company to get them to cover the greatest extent of the damages possible.  Hart subcontracted out the gutter replacement, the exterior paint repair and the window replacement, but all of the subcontractors were top notch.  Many of my neighbors had their first floor alarm leads ruined when the windows were replaced, but I had pointed this out to the installer, and he saved the wires, so that it was simple to have my alarm company come out and place new magnetic sensors in the new windows.

The biggest issue that occurred was the roof initially failed inspection because of some minor issues with the flashing, that the Denver inspector didn't like.  Hart took care of it immediately, but because Denver was running so far behind on inspections, we had to delay reinstalling our solar panels until the roof passed re-inspection.  This caused us to lose solar production for an extended period of time.  This issue was far more Denver's inspection wait time than Hart's, but it was frustrating that the roof failed inspection in the first place.

The best part about dealing with Hart roofing was that they were honest and honorable to work with.  I never felt like I was being mislead or that they were trying to be anything less than ethical.  I would recommend them and will use them again, should the need arise."

"Daniel was our project manager and he was great. Came out and walked the house with us to give us an estimate. Agreed to 6 colors and some light wall repair. He also agreed to come back and finish the job after a remodel was finished in one room. His guys got right to work a couple days later and finished the entire job in 2 days. Everything turned out really well, exactly as promised. On our walk-through we found literally zero things we wanted them to touch up. I was beyond impressed with the level of quality for the price.
