If you want them to do the work, be prepared to cancel all of your meetings or other responsibilities for these unexpected arrivals. And don?t appear to be crabby about any of this. If you want roof vents cleared, like I did, don?t expect this to happen if your roof is 12 feet high or higher. They don?t have a ladder tall enough to get onto your roof. "
