Gave me discount $123.05. - REALLY? ABSOLUTELY should have never been charged for 2nd call. Be sure to have tech give you a Job Status card of work done. I was not given one on first service call. Also, warranty information is listed- 90 days- another bit of information not communicated. Job#464927 SG Date of work 12/20/22 I will NOT be using Nebraska Home Appliances Repair- I was totally taken advantage of."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Repairman spent a fair amount of time checking different parts and found a lot wrong. He said it would not be worth it to repair. I appreciate his honesty and courtesy. I was charged a service call, of course, but I'm glad he didn't repair the knob part knowing so much else was wrong."

"I had JTP plumbing come out to clear my sewer drain on Thursday and on Friday I was still having issues. They came out immediately and took care of of it by running the camera and re-snaking the drain. I would highly recommend JTP plumbing again to everyone. These guys are the best."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
