We accepted FF's proposal in totality including the suggested upgrade, except for a middle or third rail. Anything missing from the scope of our job was not due to us turning it down. He took down a 9 yard long termite ridden fence, removed all debris and installed a new redwood fence, including applying anti-termite treatment and paint. He also made some smaller fence repairs. "At the onset, the level of effort to remove the hedge was underestimated time wise so it took a day more than at first thought however, the quality of the finished product is amazing.
