"Matt and his helper diagnosed the problem even before arriving to our home (apparently it's a common occurrence for do-it-yourselfers to not get the bolts tight enough on a new toilet install). Within 2 minutes of arrival they had identified the source of the leak. Matt's helper tightened the 3 loose bolts to stop the leak. Matt's a nice guy and obviously knowledgeable, I just thought $175 for 10-15 minutes to tighten 3 loose bolts was excessive.
