"Jim, the rep for Turner Exteriors was very thorough and explained everything that was needed on the roof, after he performed the inspection, he also repaired a part where shingles blew off from the winds, until replacement could be done. Elija Turner, the owner, came by my work, and introduced himself and answered my questions. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. Warranty documents supplied, with Insurance and business license. At this point, we are pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof or repairs. They were on time and worked efficiently, as my husband was home both dsys."

"River Divide was very professional. We had 3 estimates all were within $200-$300. We went with River Divide because they were able to start within 7-10 days. Craig went over how our roof would be installed, great learning experience. He explained the estimate in detail and what we were required to put down as deposit. The roof was started at noon and completely wrapped up by 5pm. There crew was exceptional and clean. All debri was removed that day. Definitely using them for our next project."

Job started at date promised and was completed in 6 work days. Crew showed up at 8:30 everyday and worked the full day, for 6 days until job completed to our satisfaction. Weather co-operated with all sunny/dry days. Work site maintained clean and orderly during and after each day's work. Crew chief has been with contractor for many years. They have completed many decks similar in design/scope to our job. Our design has some tricky angles that required planning and real care during installation. <br /> Contractor and crew chief kept us informed of progress. The quality of final work is superb and matched our highest expectations. The new deck adds significant entertainment area and improved external appearance of our home. <br />"

"Genuine Craftsman is the words to describe Sunbelt Products. When I went to their store, Stephanie told me they only sell one brand of doors, ProVia. She explained to me that Sunbelt Products only wants to use the best products because it reflects upon Sunbelt reputation as well. Stephanie said ProVia stands behind their products with the best manufacture warranties in the industry. Stephanie scheduled my installation and gave me a call to let me know that the crew were on there way. Doug, Jim, and Ryan were professional, courteous, and polite the whole time. Their craftsmanship was outstanding. Both doors fit and operate like they are supposed too. I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and took the time to ask me if I had any concerns or questions. Ryan made sure that our home looked like no home repairs took place. My wife commented that she could not even tell that they were here. "We expanded a ground floor family room, which required complete exterior and interior construction, with stacked stone to match existing exterior. Existing plumbing, electrical, and duct work had to be moved around. The room has a 5x10 closet with pull-down attic door and insulted attic above. A bay build-out added space to our dining room, and we added a walk-in pantry to the kitchen. Materials were included in the total price but not broken out. The contractor underestimated either the amount of stone needed or the cost of the (available) stone required to match the existing exterior. He covered about $400 of the additional materials cost; we covered about $1000 at his request. Lesson learned: In the contract, stipulate the dollar amount designated for special materials. Other than that and some slow downs due to occasional absent workers, the job went as planned and we're happy with the result. We appreciated the daily clean-up as it was a lengthy project and just living with the upheaval was at times a challenge. Mark had a cleaning crew come one weekend to help keep things in order."

"With winter coming I contracted with Sterling about a week before Thanksgiving to replace all the windows in our house. They told me they could only promise installation before Christmas! Suprize, they call me on Dec. 1 and asked if they could the installation of all of the windows the next day. They showed up at 8:30am and by 4:30pm they were finished. They even removed all the curtains & blinds before starting and reinstalled them after. They were very professional and left all areas clean. I hired Sterling based on recommendations of 2 friends who have used them and 2 quotes from local window companies. They also have a great lifetime warranty that is totally transferable without a fee. Very happy with their work and their professionalism."

The doors are very nice and were professionally installed. The installer was on time and very clean - leaving no mess to clean up. It's been a year since the door installed and they are just as beautiful as they were when they were put in. Due to an illness, the screened porch that was priced out has been put on hold but as soon as I can get it done, I will call Diversified to come out and complete the job.
