Elija Turner, the owner, came by my work, and introduced himself and answered my questions. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. Warranty documents supplied, with Insurance and business license. At this point, we are pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof or repairs. They were on time and worked efficiently, as my husband was home both dsys."

"River Divide was very professional. We had 3 estimates all were within $200-$300. We went with River Divide because they were able to start within 7-10 days. Craig went over how our roof would be installed, great learning experience. He explained the estimate in detail and what we were required to put down as deposit. "With winter coming I contracted with Sterling about a week before Thanksgiving to replace all the windows in our house. They told me they could only promise installation before Christmas! Suprize, they call me on Dec. 1 and asked if they could the installation of all of the windows the next day. They showed up at 8:30am and by 4:30pm they were finished. They even removed all the curtains & blinds before starting and reinstalled them after. They were very professional and left all areas clean. I hired Sterling based on recommendations of 2 friends who have used them and 2 quotes from local window companies.
