Taking on a yard that isn't a part of a new build or isn't hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of work is not appealing to most of these companies. They want to do the Parade of Homes yards. That's not my yard. We're a down to earth humble home that needed some professional TLC. They never over-quoted us in order to make it worth their while.
