"5 Stars! We have red oak floors that had been beat up over the last 17 years. Taylor gave us a great price and was so thorough- we are so pleased with his work. On the first day , they sanded down the floors. Next they applied a wood filler and spread it over the whole floor to fill any gaps (which I had). They also took out 15 square feet of tile by my back door, which was ugly. They matched the wood perfectly and "threaded" it in amazingly, you can't even tell that it was replaced! They then sanded it again. On the second day, I was very picky about the color and he made a custom blend of dark walnut and antique brown Duraseal stain colors (he left some for me in case i'll want it in the future). They then stained the floor and put the first coat of satin poly. On the third and final day they buffed down the first coat of poly, so it would bond well to the last coat. Taylor was alway where he said he would be. He is honest and I would totally recommend him to my friends and I already did to my neighbor looking to install wood floors."
