When I got the quote, it was for an hourly price of $55 per hour with an estimate of 2.5 hours. I have been overbilled for 2 out of 3 times I’ve used the service. The cleaner does the job in 2 hours or less. The owner refuses to credit back the difference, take my calls or return messages. This is unacceptable behavior. Especially in a service company! I will not use them again!"
