"I called Norman’s defeated from receiving an almost 10,000 bid to rid our home of mice. Frank came out after hours on the same day to take a look at our issue. He was so helpful. Answered all of our questions and explained every step of the process. He gave us suggestions of products to buy and tips to rid our home of the mice. He left us traps to use and told us to call him with any questions or issues. He truly cared about my family’s safety. This was top notch service. I can’t thank Norman’s or Frank enough!! "Chris scheduled a time about a week and half out that worked for me to put down the termite treatment. He then called a few days later to let me know he was going to come and separately treat the property for ants ahead of the termite treatment. This was at no cost above the quoted price just for termites. He was rained out on the Thursday scheduled for termite treatment but was able to work around my schedule and come out the very next Saturday morning instead."
