"We had an amazing experience with Bordner Home Improvement on our siding project. From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). From Stefanie and Crystal in the office helping with questions along the way and Cliff being available almost all day, every day during our week of install. I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up. He ensured all of our fears and concerns were addressed and helped us find practical solutions to some placement issues we had with vents, lights and wires on our old house. "I was very happy with both the demonstration by the sales rep, and the installation.  The sales person was nice and not at all pushy about the product or upgrading to additional features.  I knew what I wanted in the windows, and the upgrades were purely my choice.  It was really a demonstration of the product, without any type of sales pitch, which I appreciated.  The windows are strong, well-built, and even the screens are very heavy duty - you can't bend the frames on them - even with force.  I did several upgrades to the windows I selected, but not because there was anything wrong with the standard window.  I wanted the panes because they were on the front of the house.  I got the argon gas because the sun beats down in the summer on that side of the house, and that heat doesn't transfer through the gas, which is amazing.  I also upgraded the frame of the window because I liked that it had a little more bulk to it.  I am confident it wasn't necessary, but I wanted the best on these windows because they are on the second story, and it is harder to cool in the summer.  
The installation was great.  The installer was professional, and  took time to do the job right.  I didn't feel like he was there to just slap them in and leave.  I could tell he was conscientious about doing a good job, and the windows look beautiful!  It couldn't have gone better, and I am glad to have someone doing work in my home that has pride in their work!  It is hard to find that these days.  He was very nice and I really feel like I got my moneys worth with the installation job.
I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.  I will be back next year for more windows!!

"I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"

Been in the handyman field for a while with some experience in deck building, siding, trim(interior and exterior), backsplash and tile work as well. Ive done some plumbing and garage door services and now for full time I build high end metal building! "PBA Siding was fantastic to work with. We replaced our old batten board siding with James Hardie fiber cement. They also replaced our garage doors and front/back doors. They were very reasonable on price, with fantastic craftsmanship. Their crew cleaned up after every shift, and they worked incredibly ho*** ** our house. The house looks brand new, and we are so thankful to PBA Siding! My parents are now also using them on their house, highly recommend!!"

tProject was bid last Fall and delayed at our request until Spring. The original bid was probably underpriced due to a miscalculation on their part but they stood by their bid. We discussed using pre-colored Hardyboard but Brian convinced us that a better result would be obtained by using the non-colored siding and then painting. We worked pros and cons to wrapping eves as opposed to using Hardy products. When the weather finally cooperated, the crews started arriving. They took pictures of the house before starting, so they would remember how everything went back. The crews they use for siding installation, painting, and gutters were all sutcontractors but top notch. Brian was the company project manager and he kept me informed of plans and suggested changes. The gutters were originally bid for 5 inch gutters but after re-evaluating our roof runoff, they upgraded to 6 inch w/o additional charge The siding crew were just amazing. Arriving early morning and working non stop until there was no more light. They were exact in their measurements and always in good spirits and very respectful of our personal space. They were not used to working on a rolled steel roof so their ladders scraped some of the finish off but quickly repaired it after I pointed it out  They cleaned  the site up completely at the end of each day...and believe me their is lots of trash in a project like this.  They could not figure our how to get my nightscape lighting back on correctly, so they paid for the original company to come out and re-install it. The painters were another crew that did great prep work and worked well with the siding crew. The gutter crew were done in a day.

"Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. The house looks fantastic, and I never need to worry about rotten siding again. Would highly recommend."
