"The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. Dominic S. was the guy that did the work and his work was flawless. This work was done 10 months ago and I have procrastinated about leaving a review and in that 10 months I have used the shower and I have found no problems, leaks or mistakes in any of it, and trust me, I have searched very carefully. This was truly a professional job done perfectly. I thought at first the price was too high but after 10 months I now feel that it was totally worth it."

"Our old windows did not stop the heat from the sun, but our replacement windows with argon gas from Window World do stop the heat from the sun. So happy we made the decision to get windows from Window World."

"I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"

"Randy was just awesome! He was very knowledgeable and very kind. I called him around 10 am after having a new refrigerator delivered. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. Randy, if you see this, thanks again very much for all of your help today!"

Been in the handyman field for a while with some experience in deck building, siding, trim(interior and exterior), backsplash and tile work as well. Ive done some plumbing and garage door services and now for full time I build high end metal building! Quality and ingenuity is always in mind so you or the next customer loves their long term project!

Tiles in place and ready for grout. Adjustable fixtures were put in to maintain proper spacing with the new thicker backsplash

The project manager/sales person set up an appointment and arrived promptly. He seemed knowledgeable and personable, and spent quite a bit of time measuring, talking to us about what we wanted pointing out defects, and offered his opinion about what would look good on our style of home. I must say, he stayed so long I was afraid we would have to offer him a bed for the night!! Before he left that evening, he set up an appointment to come back with his estimate.

For the second appointment, he again showed up on time and gave us his estimate. This is where things went downhill. His estimate was almost 3 times as much as our neighbor paid 1 year ago for the same size house. I realize that there could be a difference in quality, but 3 times as much - almost $30,000 - seriously! When we told him we were very surprised at his price , he started offering discounts (5% off for paying cash, additional 5% off for something else, etc.) We said we could not make a decision to spend that amount of money without looking at other bids, and he then pulled out all the stops and said he could give us an additional 15% off if we agreed right away to sign the sales agreement. However, this deal was only good that evening and we couldn't even think about it overnight. We resented this pressure tactic and politely told him AGAIN we weren't going to make that decision without getting other bids.

A couple of days later, a lady from the office called to ask if we had gotten other bids. She called several times over the period of a couple of weeks, and I finally told her that we just had decided to have the house repainted rather than keep getting bids and listening to confusing sales pitches about whose product was superior, which company had better installers, etc, At that time, she said that the bid that the project manager submitted to the office for our home was about 1/2 of what he had told us. She seemed shocked when I told her what his original estimate was. Confusing, to say the least. She offered to have the company owner call me and I told her we would love to have him come out to give us the straight story. That was a week ago, and I haven't heard anything. After 2 appointments, about a dozen phone calls, and a promise to have the company owner call me - all of a sudden, all communication stopped.

We have decided not to use the company because of the high pressure tactics and game playing, and the total lack of response by the owner of the company. I have no idea about the quality of their work.

Update 8/9/14: I am not confused about this company. The $10195 was a bid for painting the house and putting skirting around the bottom - which was about $1500 to $3000 more than the competitors. I would be happy to forward the owner of the company a copy of the bid that was given to me that lists the price of the vinyl siding ($29,236 or $24,816 depending on the type of siding that I chose). After I posted my original review, I was contacted again by Scott (sales person) who offered to take my competitor bids (for painting) to the management to see if they would match them. I am puzzled that the owner STILL has not contacted me, but chose instead to post a vague comment on this site rather than attempt to clear up the "confusion". We will use a different company that offers clearer communication.
