He showed up at my home the day of the installation more than once to check on every thing. He answered texts and phone calls from me promptly and courteously. He sent me before and after photos of my home. He followed up afterwards to make sure a couple errors on the job were corrected. He was friendly, kind, and fun to work with. He promised to follow up with me once he gets more info on a question I asked him for which he wasn't sure of the answer. He is a shining example of what a salesperson should be like. It was a great relief to me not to be lied to or pushed into something or have part of the job left undone like two previous roofing experiences I have had in the past. "I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

Not to mention that it looks a heck of a lot better. The water situation has improved around my foundation drastically, with properly installed gutters."

In the winter, when lot of snow was still in the ground of water against the basement and we have a poured foundation, it had leak, they had stopped the leak we had. They did what they pledged to do. They were here on-time, they got done quickly and then they went and the overall seam link that was leaking was about 7 feet from upper part down to the ground, and we are very happy. They did the work they promised to do on time and on budget."
