"Light Of Day was by far the most affordable out of 11 different quotes, especially since I needed my garage decking redone. Almost every other quote was at least 1.5x the price, and some were nearly TRIPLE! They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.

"Jason came and looked at the basement wall that concerned me.  He said that for as old as my house was, my foundation was in good shape.  Just need to scrape paint, repair, and fill crack, and repaint.  Because my driveway is right next to house, recommended having driveway fixed to slant away from foundation and then seal between wall and driveway, since i don't have water coming into basement I am not in any trouble.  He said that he can't tell me yes I need work done just to make a sale.  I appreciated that he was honest. He also had great suggestions and was helpful.
