"Really happy with the finished product. We had several things done: extensive mulching (8 yards of mulch), edging, removal of bushes, new plantings and tree trimming. "Rowland showed up 10 minutes early to do a walk around the house and explain what he would be doing. He took the time to explain the products he used and how the concentrate he uses is safe for pets (important for me). The whole process of cleaning my 2000sq ft house and a small 20x20 concrete patio took him about two hours. At the end he took me around the house to make sure I was satisfied. It was a night and day difference on the appearance of my house and patio. If you're on the fence if its worth it you should try it. I'll be requesting his services again future years."

"The owner, Mark, is very personable, very responsive and did a really good job. Prices were very good - almost $145 lower than a competitor just roof cleaning estimate without the power washing. He walked around with us after the job was complete and made sure we were satisfied with the results.   Even the windows were not streaked but very clean.  He also guarantees his work for 3 years. <br /> <br /> One caution:  the mixture that is used to wash surfaces can damage the flowers on flowering shrubs, hanging pots and container planters.  Mark told me part of the process is to spray the shrubs and bushes next to the house with clear water before he starts and again after the power washing is complete. This encourages the solution to run to the ground without saturating the plant leaves or flowers too much.  It won't completely prevent  damage but it did substantially protect our flowers and bushes.  <br /> <br /> I would recommend this company highly to anyone considering roof or siding cleaning.  They also clean concrete surfaces and several other types of cleaning options.  Give Mark a call and ask what he can do. <br />"

"Called for some work to be done on the roof and got me more than I could’ve thought. They found unexpected roof damage i.e wind damage and hail damage. They came and took my roof off within an hour and replaced some of the osb took out my old chimneys and had the new roof on and cleaned up around the house by 1-1:30 and whole project done within roughly 4.5 hours. They sent pictures of the entire project in the start of every phase to keep me posted so I knew how far they were the entire time! They fought for me and worked with me to get me what I needed. Highly recommend for any exterior project. They will be doing my gutters and replacing some of my old siding and looking forward to them coming back!"

"He came promptly as planned, gave us his estimate, and spent about a half hour going over the details of the solution he uses for powerwashing and the kind of stain and sealer he uses for the deck. He mailed me the figures and asked me to contact him if we were interested in hiring him. We had several other estimates done. We decided to go with him largely because of how much time he took with us to tell us how he would do our house and because he did the staining and sealing of the deck himself. Not all the powerwash people do that. He came as planned, did a beautiful job with the powerwashing and came back a few days later to do the staining and sealing. We negotiated a few extras on the spot and he did not charge me extra, which I appreciated. He showed obvious pride in the nice job he and his helpers did and photographed the project as is went along. I am thrilled by how much better everything looks! <br />"
