"No clean up - the clean up is failing, the communication wasn't good. I never heard of a company that doesn't provide you with an invoice or give you something stating that it was paid in full. They didn't even offer to send a receipt. They told me they don't send invoices when I requested one. You have to babysit their crew. Customer pays the price for the job because you can't communicate since they don't speak English. Communication failed."

He inspected the roof and told me that I did not need a new roof, that there were very serviceable years left. He offered his advice on keeping or replacement of rain gutters & leaf-guards, and general comments on treating tree sap on the shingles. I was certainly pleasantly surprised by his comments, and absolutely impressed with his honest appraisal, even while recognizing that this would eliminate my immediate roofing purchase. So, although I did not use this business at this time, I will certainly give Guardian/ Sonny Shah a call as soon as the need does arise!"
