Tech also presented mouse and pest prevention options which were reasonably priced, so we did those as well. Very conscientious service. Much better value than we have received from other pest control services in the past. Highly recommend!"

"The worker told me ways to decrease the likelihood of attracting other unwanted pests. They will be returning quarterly to spray and check the bait stations. I decided to go with this company because of their practice, which are pet friendly. They really are interested in the safety of everyone in the household (at least the ones that are supposed to be there). <br />"

"My daughter heard little taps in the attic above her room. A-Action Pest control worked with me to find a time to come to my house. My technician Ken was great- he explained the process to me, was very respectful of my home, and educated me about the way mice can get in the home. Just had my follow up visit today and mice are gone! I'm definitely happy I found them and will continue to do business with them. I did end up getting the yearly plan but felt no pressure to do so. We have had a lot of spiders in our house (just moved to this house recently) and have seen less since A-Action has been out."

Steve reminds me of small town businessmen I grew up with in a forgotten era. His name and reputation are everything to his business and he puts 100% effort into each assignment. You can hire some “company” or hire Steve, who is an expert. "

"Noticed a couple mouse droppings in my basement so I called Plunkett's - my landlord at a previous location swore by them for pest control. I signed up for the exterior service. Plunkett's was very responsive from the start. Person came out within a business day or two of my first contact, she very thoroughly inspected the exterior of my house and plugged all the possible mouse-entry homes. This included happily fighting through very painful and thorn-ridden landscaping to make sure she wouldn't miss even an inch of stucco when checking for holes. On the interior, I already had several traps placed in my basement, so the person suggested I skip the full interior service (where they set and check traps) and instead just made recommendations of how I could better place the traps. She also noticed one successful capture and removed it for me. Very hard working and thorough, would call again but hopefully that's not necessary..."

"It went well. They communicated with the adjustments in scheduling due to excessive rain and flooding to provide emergency service to other customers. For sure, flooded basements take priority over repairs in an attic. Great group of individuals that work like a team. I would use them again. Also, they provided the name of a gentleman who does animal removal, Born Trapping Services, and he and his son did a great job as well."

I routinely have them come in for preventative treatments and tjey are always so friendly to both my family and I. "Burr's employee found and plugged one entry point and placed a number of bait stations in various places around the basement. To date the mice are still eating the bait I use and dying. They may be mice that were already in the house when the entry point was plugged. I hope so. It is probably too soon to be certain that the treatment was unsuccessful but I fear that the problem is still with us. I contracted with Angies List for this service and when I had not heard from anyone for over a month I called Angies List and asked for a refund. My request was refused because it had been over a month. I don't know whether the problem was with Angies List or Burr but it left me unhappy with both organizations. I then told Angies List to see if they could get Burr to fulfill the contract which they did."

"Brent showed up on time and sent me email schedule confirmations a couple days before his visits. He did a thorough inspection of my basement where we have seen spiders on a very regular basis and occasionally centipedes. He sprayed a barrier treatment around my house and spot treated some potential problem areas inside the house. He will come and do the same in the fall. Since he sprayed I have seen zero spiders or centipedes. I have seen some dead ones outside the house so it is obvious this treatment worked. <br /> We have a beautiful back yard that we often can't use because of mosquitoes. Brent put down a treatment a week before memorial day week-end. He then did a follow up treatment a couple weeks later. I am a mosquito magnet and I have been bitten ZERO times in my yard this summer. It is such a joy to be able to enjoy my outdoor space. He will come again in a few weeks if he feels the weather makes it good for mosquito growth. He watches the weather and times things very carefully to get the most effectiveness from each treatment. He won't come out just to get paid. If you pre-pay for a treatment and he does not feel you need it, he will roll over the treatment to the next year. <br /> He also came out and inspected my attic area above my garage where there was evidence of mouse presence. He said it looked as though the mice were long gone but he laid some strategically placed traps anyway. He was again correct, because the traps have caught nothing. <br /> I wanted to also note that the cost I listed above was for 6 visits and 5 treatments. I pre-paid for 3 mosquito treatments and 2 perimeter treatments. I think that cost is very reasonable for 6 visits, inspection, 5 treatment and considering the results we have gotten. <br /> Brent is a really friendly, professional guy and was also very clear about the toxicity of his products. He uses pet friendly products which was a big concern of mine. If I need bugs gone, I will call Spectrum. <br />"
