"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

"The entire process from start to finish was great. Our sales rep was informative, and he didn't pressure us. The process was explained very well with communication and updates as the windows are made. When it was time for the installation, there were 2 workers who were on time, polite and informative. They were very efficient and thorough with their work. We also appreciated that each day, someone from Homesealed came to check on the progress as well. The only thing we were slightly disappointed with was that they don't fill in the nail holes on the trim, but it does state it in the contract that they don't do that (I went back and checked). The windows look great, and hopefully we will be able to call them next year to finish the rest of the house."
